Haha, school starting soon again. Really must work hard this semester. It's either do or die!!! 6As here I come~ Planning and excution~
Just signed up the marathon (42.6) for S'pore Marathon. It's really a stretch goal for me, but I believe it's achieveable. Hmm, wat should my workout schedule be~
Think will run 2 times a week. 5km 1st week, 6km 2nd week 7km 3rd week. 4th week casual run 2.4 twice a week. plus gym once a week. Test it out in the mean time~ 2 more weeks to Army Half marathon, looking to improve my timing to 2:20hr
Meanwhile, gym did help me improve my physique. Able to do 3 chinups now~ Though far from my peak of 8, still an improvement~ ^_^
