After reading many of the readings for GP13 - Personal Mastery for managing change, I seemed to have learnt more about myself and the methods and techniques that I should use for evoking and adapting changes. It is really a worthwhile course to take - didn't regret to go through all the hassle of changing my tutorial classes just to attend that subject. :)
