How to stop worry and boost your personal power

For me, I think I have stayed too long in my past glory that I forget how to strieve for future victories - that really is a loser's mentality. This article by Alvin sures reminds me that the future is what we should be focusing on - we can't change the past or the present, but the future lies in the hands of our choice today.

I could choose to sit in my hostel room thinking about the glorious days that I was accepted by Warwick (Top 10 Uni in UK) or the worse days that I went through; not doing well academically in the many subjects that I had taken in NTU. But nothing of those actions are going to change who I'm going to be in the future.

What I'm going to be in the future will be determined by my dreams and my living towards those dreams so that dreams can become reality.

Obviously, the choice is simple.
