Something learnt from K-Drama

I was watching a K Drama - think it's called "Potato Boy Tale".

Anyway, there was this part where the Prince returned to the Palace and during part I learnt an interesting thing about recruiting talents, one needs to appreciate all sorts of talents - lazy but smart, not bright but is willing to do things, bright but not willing to speak, etc.

Each talent has got it's pros and cons. It does not matter if their goals are not aligned to yours, it is more important that they are evaluated on their strength and weakness from which will contribute a part to the greater good.
